Team Shipping

You are welcome to ship any materials/devices ahead of your arrival to East Lansing. These materials will be stored securely by University Procurement and Logistics (UPL) and delivered to a common pickup point. You can also arrange for materials to be picked up for return shipment.   

Please do not ship packages arriving more than two weeks prior to the tournament.  All shipments should arrive after May 9, 2024. Packages must arrive by Wednesday, May 22 to be delivered to the common pickup point.

Teams will utilize UPL’s Event Material Management link to pay the $60.00 logistics services fee (per team) for shipping materials and storage.  

For return shipping, teams are to provide return shipping labels for each package and affix the return shipping label(s) to the carton(s) for the Science Olympiad team to pick-up and provide to the carrier(s).
